Second Home Loan definition

Second Home Loan means an Eligible Mortgage Loan that is a Conventional Conforming Loan secured by a single family residence that is occupied by the Mortgagor but is not the Mortgagor’s principal residence and whose underwriting, Takeout Commitment, appraisal and all related documentation that Buyer elects to review are approved by Buyer.
Second Home Loan means a Mortgage Loan secured by a real property that is occupied by the borrower, but not as the borrower’s principal residence.
Second Home Loan means a first lien Mortgage Loan secured by a single family residence that is occupied by the Mortgagor but is not the Mortgagor’s principal residence.

  • High-Cost Home Loan as defined in the New Mexico Home Loan Protection Act effective January 1, 2004; (iii) “High-Cost Home Mortgage Loans” as defined in the Massachusetts Predatory Home Loan Practices Act effective November 7, 2004 and (iv) “High Cost Home Loans” as defined in the Indiana Home Loan Practices Act effective January 1, 2005.
