Lender-Paid Mortgage Insurance Rate. If so provided on the Mortgage Loan schedule, the per annum rate that represents the portion of the interest payment due from the related borrower that will be used by the related Servicer to pay the premium for any required Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy. In such event, the Securities Administrator shall request the principal London office of each of the Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If at least two such quotations are provided, the rate for that date will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%). If fewer than two quotations are provided as requested, the rate for that date will be the arithmetic mean of the rates quoted by major banks in New York City, selected by the Securities Administrator (after consultation with the Depositor), at approximately 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on such date for one-month U.S. dollar deposits of leading European banks. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, a distribution will be made on the 25th day of each month or, if such 25th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following (the "Distribution Date"), commencing on the first Distribution Date specified above, to the Person in whose name this Certificate is registered at the close of business on the Record Date, in an amount equal to the product of the Percentage Interest evidenced by this Certificate and the Group II-A Distribution Amount for the Class II-A-7 Certificates required to be distributed to Holders of the Class II-A-7 Certificates on such Distribution Date, subject to adjustment in certain events as specified in the Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, the final distribution in reduction of the Principal Balance of this Certificate will be made after due notice of the pendency of such distribution and only upon presentation and surrender of this Certificate at the office or agency of the Paying Agent specified for that purpose in the notice of final distribution. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. This Certificate constitutes a "regular interest" in a "real estate mortgage investment conduit" as those terms are defined in Section 860G(a)(1) and Section 860D, respectively, of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. However, with respect to each Mortgage Loan that accrues interest on an Actual/360 Basis, when determining: (i) the related Net Mortgage Pass-Through Rate for the Distribution Date in January (except during a leap year) or February of any year subsequent to 2017 (in any event unless that Distribution Date is the final Distribution Date), the “aggregate amount of interest actually accrued (or, in the event of a voluntary or involuntary principal prepayment affecting same, that otherwise would have accrued)”, as referred to in clause (b) of the preceding sentence, shall be deemed to exclude related Withheld Amounts to be transferred to the Interest Reserve Account in such month; or (ii) the related Net Mortgage Pass-Through Rate for the Distribution Date in March (or in February if the final Distribution Date occurs in such particular month of February) in any year subsequent to 2017, the “aggregate amount of interest actually accrued (or, in the event of a voluntary or involuntary principal prepayment affecting same, that otherwise would have accrued)”, as referred to in clause (b) of the preceding sentence, shall be deemed to include related Withheld Amounts to be deposited in the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account for distribution on such Distribution Date.
