School Special definition

School Special means a local bus service Contract that operates specifically to and from a school/schools and whilst available to the general public the passengers will usually all be children.

Examples of School Special in a sentence

  • Aquariums, Auditoriums, Airport Control Towers, Art Galleries, Breweries, College Buildings with special facilities, Communications Buildings, Exposition Buildings, Observatories, School (Special), Theaters and similar facilities.

  • Admission as a High School Special (student pays tuition) does not require School District approval.

Related to School Special

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.

  • School service means a website, mobile application, or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses, or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application, or online service that is designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
