Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).
Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).
Repayment Schedule means the schedule of repayment dates as detailed in Schedule 5 (Loan Repayment Schedule), to be replaced as required in accordance with Clause 5 (Repayment) and Clause 6.10(b) (Partial prepayment of Loans).
Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the Facility Repayment Date.
Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.
Extended Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;
New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Tranche in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date with respect to any Tranche shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Amortization Schedule relating to such Tranche. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Securitization Bonds.
Loan repayment means the cancellation and repayment of loans
Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.
Scheduled Maturity Date means the date specified in the Adoption Annex.
Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.
Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the fourth annual anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 April 2020;
First Repayment Date means, in relation to each Tranche (and subject to clause 6.3), the date falling three (3) months after the earlier of (a) the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche and (b) the last day of the Drawdown Period for the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche;
Loan Repayments means the sum of (i) Trust Bond Loan Repayments, (ii) the Administrative Fee and (iii) any late charges incurred under the provisions of a Loan Agreement.
Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is May 25, 2034, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Fitch: Fitch Ratings, or its successor in interest.
Optional Prepayment Date has the meaning specified in Section 4.b hereof.
Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.
Original Pre-Funded Amount The amount deposited by the Depositor in the Pre-Funding Account on the Closing Date, which amount is $36,215,225.
Repayment Amount means the amount to be paid by the Recipient to the OPWC on each payment date of each year during the Term pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Note.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
Fixed Incremental Amount means (i) the greater of $610,000,000 and 100% of Consolidated EBITDA as of the last day of the most recently ended Test Period minus (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Incremental Facilities, Incremental Equivalent Debt and/or Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(r)(ii)(A), in each case incurred or issued in reliance on this definition.
Remaining Scheduled Payments means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the Notes, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 8.2 or Section 12.1.
