Scheduled Date of Synchronization definition

Scheduled Date of Synchronization means the date on which the project shall be synchronized with Grid & starts injecting power to the PSPCL grid substation.
Scheduled Date of Synchronization means the date on which the project shall be synchronized with the Grid for first time, which shall be as per clause 10.1.0 of this agreement as per the Implementation Agreement signed with PEDA or any extension allowed by PEDA as the case may be.

  • If all the generating units are not synchronized on or before the Scheduled Date of Synchronization specified for different generating units, the Company shall be liable to pay to the HPSEBL Liquidated Damages for the delay @ Rs. 1000/- (one thousand) per MW for each day of delay beyond the Scheduled Date of Synchronization subject to maximum of 180 days after which it would constitute Company Event of Default.

  • Scheduled Downtime means any System downtime occurring within a planned System maintenance window as communicated to Customer. NCR Voyix will provide Customer with reasonable prior notice of any Scheduled Downtime via e-mail or NCR Voyix’s Hosting Web Site. NCR Voyix will seek to minimize the impact of Scheduled Downtime or any unscheduled downtime to the Customer’s business operations. Whenever feasible, NCR Voyix will seek to limit Scheduled Downtime to no more than three hours in a calendar week.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.
