SBC NEVADA. As used herein, SBC NEVADA means Nevada Xxxx Telephone Company d/b/a SBC Nevada, the applicable SBC-owned ILEC doing business in Nevada.

  • If no authorization to proceed is received within such thirty (30) calendar day period, the BFR will be deemed canceled and CLEC will pay to SBC-10STATE, SBC NEVADA all demonstrable costs as set forth above.

  • As soon as feasible, but not more than ninety (90) calendar days after its receipt of authorization to develop the BFR Quote, SBC-10STATE, SBC NEVADA shall provide to CLEC a BFR Quote.

  • CLEC’s written authorization to develop the BFR Quote must be received by SBC-10STATE, SBC NEVADA within thirty (30) calendar days of CLEC’s receipt of the Preliminary Analysis.

ARBITRATION section is amended to include the following: Any matter in dispute between You and Us may be subject to arbitration as an alternative to court action pursuant to the rules of (the American Arbitration Association or other recognized arbitrator), a copy of which is available on request from Us. Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and Us. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.

  • AT&T TENNESSEE means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Tennessee.
