Saturn System definition

Saturn System means Gatherer’s existing gathering system and related facilities, with a Compression MDQ of [***] Mcf/d ([***] Dth/d) as of the Effective Date, together with the Planned Expansion Compression Facilities and Planned Laterals, all as depicted on Exhibit D-4, and as such gathering system and related facilities may be expanded or modified by the addition of Incremental Expansion Compression Facilities, Incremental Capital Projects or otherwise in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • telecommunication system means any system (including the apparatus comprised in it) which exists (whether wholly or partly in Jersey or elsewhere) for the purpose of facilitating the transmission of communications by any means involving the use of electrical or electro- magnetic energy;
