Sandy Hook pilot definition

Sandy Hook pilot means a person licensed in accordance with New Jersey or New York state law to pilot regulated vessels and is a member of the Pilots' Association as defined in N.J.S.A. 12:8-1.2.

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;
