Safety Database definition

Safety Database has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
Safety Database shall have the meaning set forth in the PV Agreement attached hereto.
Safety Database means all information related to the safety of administering the p53 Collaboration Product in humans and animals that was gathered during the course of development of the p53 Collaboration Product.

  • These signal detection activities shall include, but are not limited to, proactive review and evaluation of all safety information from the Global Safety Database (including by way of example, Individual Case Safety Reports, aggregate safety information, literature reports, and non-clinical data).

  • Biogen Idec will deliver all such information to Isis for the Isis Internal ASO Safety Database to Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Attention: Chief Medical Officer (or to such other address/contact designated in writing by Isis).

  • In addition, so long as Akcea does not disclose the identity of a Product or Novartis’ identity, Akcea may disclose any such Novartis Confidential Information to (i) Akcea’s other partners pursuant to Section 6.8(c) below if such information is regarding class generic properties of ASOs, (ii) any Third Party (other than a Regulatory Authority) that contributes to the populating of the Ionis Internal ASO Safety Database, or (iii) a Regulatory Authority.

  • Biogen will deliver all such information to Ionis for the Ionis Internal ASO Safety Database to Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Attention: Chief Medical Officer (or to such other address/contact designated in writing by Ionis).

  • NORGINE will be responsible for the management and processing in the Global Safety Database of ICSRs identified in worldwide published literature and local literature.
