SAC Service definition

SAC Service means a school age childcare service.

  • The Approved Provider must provide an e-mail address to be used for communications from the Minister or Pobal in relation to the ELC and/or SAC Service.

  • Subject to clause 11 below, and Appendix 2, all reports, records, accounts and other documentation of the Approved Provider relating to the operation of the ELC and/or SAC Service and/or the use by the Approved Provider of the CCSP Saver Programme Funding shall be maintained and made available for inspection on request, for a minimum of 7 years after the termination or expiry of this Agreement for whatsoever reason.

  • Any use of the SAC Service in a primary or non-back-up manner will give ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ the right to immediately suspend SAC Service and Customer shall be liable to Level 3 for any overage fees that may be charged to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ for use of the SAC beyond a failover.

  • Level 3 provides the SAC Service on a best efforts basis; ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ does not make any commitment of levels of service, coverage, or class of service over the third party cellular service, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Agreement with Customer, Level 3 provides no indemnities or warranties on such SAC Service.

  • The Approved Provider’s fees list, service calendar, and copies of any letters or other communications issued to parents which relate to the operation of the ELC and/or SAC Service, including information relating to optional additional charges, discounts and deposits must be displayed at all times in an area accessible by parents.

  • In such case, Level 3 will notify Customer via e-mail of termination of SAC Service at such site and Customer shall not be billed for SAC Service at that location.

Related to SAC Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”).   • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time. Business Day – Any day between the period of 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Prevailing Time, except Saturday, Sunday and any day which is a legal holiday or a day on which federal banking institutions in Boston, Massachusetts are authorized by law to close.
