SaaS Description definition

SaaS Description means the description of and operating parameters, applicable audit standards (if any), availability standards, terms and any other details for the specific SaaS Service offering as published or made available by IFS.

  • Customer grants IFS, at no charge, the right to use any Customer-owned, developed or licensed application software systems necessary and solely for IFS to provide the SaaS Service and Support Services or as described in the SaaS Description.
