RPA Bot definition

RPA Bot means robotic process automation (“RPA”) tools that perform "if, then, else" statements on structured data, typically using a combination of user interface interactions or by connecting to application program interfaces to drive client computing platforms or processes.

Related to RPA Bot

  • Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation means $40,000 as adjusted under Code §415(d).

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Successful Vendor - means the organization or person with whom the order is placed or who is contracted to execute the work as detailed in the bid.

  • Market Seller Offer Cap means a maximum offer price applicable to certain Market Sellers under certain conditions, as determined in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD. section 6 and Tariff, Attachment M-Appendix, section II.E.

  • Target Closing Date means three (3) Business Days following receipt of the Approval and Vesting Order, or such other date as the Parties may agree.
