Routine Building Maintenance definition

Routine Building Maintenance means ordinary maintenance or repair and does not include removal or replacement, or a change in design, materials, or appearance; and
Routine Building Maintenance means the routine, cyclical, non-destructive actions necessary to slow the deterioration of a building and includes but is not limited to periodic inspection, routine cyclical non-destructive cleaning, minor repair and refinishing operations, and the replacement of damaged or deteriorated materials that are impractical to save, but does not include removal or replacement of anything that results in a change in the design, materials, or appearance of any building, structure, architectural feature, or landscape feature.

Examples of Routine Building Maintenance in a sentence

  • University of Washington (UW) Harborview Research & Training (R&T) Building Manager; Routine Building Maintenance, Operations and Janitorial Services; Non-Routine Building Maintenance and Operations to include movement of equipment to locations outside of the R&T Building.

  • Paying prevailing wages for Routine Building Maintenance work as required by City, and keep certified payroll records documenting such payments for submission as instructed by HSH.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).
