Rostered Time Off definition

Rostered Time Off means - the accrual of 30 minutes of additional working time by an employee in each 12-hour shift, which is in addition to the 10 hours of ordinary time worked per shift. Rostered Time Off may be taken by an employee as prescribed in subclause 13.7.

Examples of Rostered Time Off in a sentence

  • The following days shall be deemed as public holidays for all employees: Train Crew may have designated Rostered Time Off on a Public Holiday, including Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday, where that RTO falls on the public holiday in accordance with the Master Roster.

  • In relation to train crew, the requirement to work further hours shall not be applied on designated Rostered Time Off.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Rostered Day Off means a day where an employee is not rostered to work other than an Accrued Day Off.

  • Accrued Day(s) Off means the paid day(s) off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of this award.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.
