Roof Work definition

Roof Work. In order to maintain the integrity of the roof warranty, no penetration or other roof work will be permitted unless such work is performed by Landlord's designated roofing contractor. All such roof work shall be at Tenant's sole cost and expense.

Roof Work means the hoisting, storage, application, and removal of roofing materials and equipment, including related insulation, sheet metal, and vapor barrier work. “Roof work” does not include the construction of the roof deck.
