RIT-Provided Software definition

RIT-Provided Software means the software which RIT owns or licenses or agrees to acquire and utilize during the Term for the purpose of providing the Services. Current RIT-Provided Software is described or identified on Schedule 2.7. The parties agree to add and delete items from the listing of RIT-Provided Software as RIT changes the software used subject to the applicable provisions of this Agreement.

Related to RIT-Provided Software

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).
