RGF, LLC means Real Good Foods, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, of which, immediately following the consummation of the IPO, the Company will be the sole managing member and the direct parent entity.

  • The Company and RGF LLC have implemented and maintained steps reasonably designed to ensure compliance with all of the Company’s and RGF LLC’s privacy policies relating to the Privacy Requirements and to protect the privacy, security, and confidentiality of the IT Systems and all Personal Data.
