Revolving A Credit Facility definition

Revolving A Credit Facility means the multi-year revolving credit facility established pursuant to Section 2.1.1(a) hereof.
Revolving A Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving A Lenders’ Revolving A Credit Commitments at such time. On the Closing Date, the amount of the Revolving A Credit Facility is $800,000,000.
Revolving A Credit Facility means the facility described in Article II hereof providing for Revolving A Loans to the Borrower by the Lender in the aggregate principal amount equal to the Revolving A Credit Commitment.

  • Such request shall be made in writing (which written request shall be deemed to be a Notice of Borrowing for purposes hereof) and in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.02, without regard to the minimum and multiples specified therein for the principal amount of Base Rate Advances, but subject to the unutilized portion of the Revolving A Credit Facility and the conditions set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Letter of Credit Commitment Amount means, on any date, a maximum amount of $10,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.
