Reversion Deed definition

Reversion Deed means the deed titled “Amended Reversion Deed” executed by the Parties on or about the same date as this Agreement.

Examples of Reversion Deed in a sentence

  • If WCSD is required under this Section to pay the Purchase Price and WCSD has not paid Toll such amounts within twelve (12) months after the Donation Period Expiration, Toll shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to revert the School Site back to its ownership by recording the Reversion Deed without further notice or demand (“Reversion Option”).

  • If WCSD pays Toll the Purchase Price within twelve (12) months after the Donation Period Expiration, Toll will promptly destroy Reversion Deed upon receipt of such amounts.

Related to Reversion Deed

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • Subordination Deed means a subordination deed entered into or to be entered into by, inter alia, each Subordinated Creditor and the Agent in agreed form;

  • Accession Letter means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Letter).

  • Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
