Subordination Deed definition

Subordination Deed means any deed of subordination in the agreed form executed or, as the context may require, to be executed by either the Sponsor or a Shareholder or any of their respective Affiliates in favour of the Security Agent on behalf of the Finance Parties together with all deeds of accession entered into or to be entered into pursuant thereto. Subsidiary means, in relation to any company or corporation, a company or corporation:
Subordination Deed means a subordination deed in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Agent and providing for the subordination of the obligations specified therein to the Secured Obligations.
Subordination Deed means a document in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of Subordination Deed) duly completed and executed by the parties thereto.

  • Copies of the Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement and the Subordination Deed are available for inspection during normal business hours at the specified office for the time being of the Principal Paying and Transfer Agent.

  • All redemptions in accordance with this Condition 5 shall be subject to the terms of the Subordination Deed, and in the event of a conflict between the terms of this Condition 5 and the Subordination Deed, the Subordination Deed will prevail.

Subordination Deed means, for the purpose of any Continuing Document, the Intercreditor Agreement.
