Return Check Fee. All returned checks are a $52 fee and your room reservation will be cancelled if you do not pay the returned check fee, via a cashier’s check before your rental date. Return Check Fee. As permitted by law, if any check sent to us as payment on your account is returned unpaid by your bank, you will be charged a reasonable returned check fee. Return Merchandise: I agree not to return merchandise without prior authorization. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. All merchandise must be in resalable condition. Our Rights: We retain the right to limit or cancel your credit privileges.
