Return Check Fee definition

Return Check Fee. All returned checks are a $52 fee and your room reservation will be cancelled if you do not pay the returned check fee, via a cashier’s check before your rental date. If the check is returned after your rental date, you will be asked to pay the fee and failure to do so will result in no future room rentals. Event Cancellation/Refund:
Return Check Fee. As permitted by law, if any check sent to us as payment on your account is returned unpaid by your bank, you will be charged a reasonable returned check fee. Return Merchandise: I agree not to return merchandise without prior authorization. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. All merchandise must be in resalable condition. Our Rights: We retain the right to limit or cancel your credit privileges.
Return Check Fee. If a check or share draft used to make a payment on your account is returned unpaid, you will be charged a fee of $5.00 for each item returned.

  • You understand that you will be assessed the Return Check Fee as indicated by the Fee Schedule for each deposited check returned unpaid.

Related to Return Check Fee

  • Processing fee for payment of rent with bad check means the processing fee specified in the rental

  • Annual Fees means annual Trustee Fees and annual fees related to monitoring Tax Increment, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.
