Retail Card definition

Retail Card means a Caltex branded embossed plastic card with an encoded magnetic strip and or chip issued by a Caltex card issuer for use in conjunction with the Customer’s Account.
Retail Card means Retail Card L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability ----------- company.
