Results-oriented definition

Results-oriented means the focus of the Iowa board and community boards is on results of the effect and impact the community plan and community collaboration have on children and their families for progress toward the desired results.
Results-oriented means that the focus of the Iowa empowerment board and the community em- powerment boards will be on results which measure the impact that services have on Iowans and on changes in the core indicators of performance.
Results-oriented instructions means that the details of execution are left to the vessel. For example, the VTS Operator may give an instruction that the vessel is not to enter a particular channel. It is up to the master of the vessel to decide what specific action to take to comply with this instruction.
