Resolution Debt definition

Resolution Debt for the evaluation purpose shall mean the total admitted claims in the Company as on Form G upload date (i.e. 31 Jan, 2018) which is INR 8,294.07 Cr (may undergo change based on admission/rejection of claims)
Resolution Debt for the evaluation purpose shall mean the total admitted claims in the Company as on Form G upload date (i.e. October 15, 2020) which is INR 391.01 Cr (may undergo change based on admission/rejection of claims)

Related to Resolution Debt

  • Resolution date means the date the funded amount, plus the

  • Resolution Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Resolution Time means 1:00 p.m. New York time on the Local Business Day following the date on which the notice of the dispute is given under Paragraph 5.
