Reserve Step Triggers definition

Reserve Step Triggers means, in the event that the Providing Unit provides, POR,SOR,TOR1 and/or FFR in discrete steps, the Frequency below which the Providing Unit shall provide the corresponding Reserve Step Size and is set by the Company;
Reserve Step Triggers means, in the event that the Providing Unit provides, POR,SOR,TOR1 and/or FFR in discrete steps, the Frequency below which the Providing Unit shall provide the corresponding Reserve Step Size and is set by the Company; “SCADA” (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) means the metering data collection system used by the Company for the storage, display and processing of metering data by the Company (currently comprising a communication system and computer system) or such other data collection system as the Company may reasonably specify to be used for such purpose with the prior agreement of the Regulatory Authority and after consultation; “Scaling Factor” means, in relation to a DS3 System Service, the scaling factor used in the calculation of payments for that DS3 System Service, as described in Schedules 2, 3 and 4 of this Agreement;

Examples of Reserve Step Triggers in a sentence

  • The Company shall specify the Reserve Trigger, Reserve Droop, Reserve Step Sizes and Reserve Step Triggers as appropriate for reserve.

  • Enabling and disabling FFR and alterations to the Reserve Trigger, Reserve Droop, Reserve Step Sizes and Reserve Step Triggers may be requested in real-time by the Company and shall be implemented by the Providing Unit within 60 seconds.

Related to Reserve Step Triggers

  • Regulatory Capital Event means the good faith determination by the Company that, as a result of (i) any amendment to, clarification of, or change in, the laws or regulations of the United States or any political subdivision of or in the United States that is enacted or becomes effective after the initial issuance of any share of the Series A Preferred Stock, (ii) any proposed change in those laws or regulations that is announced or becomes effective after the initial issuance of any share of the Series A Preferred Stock, or (iii) any official administrative decision or judicial decision or administrative action or other official pronouncement interpreting or applying those laws or regulations or policies with respect thereto that is announced after the initial issuance of any share of the Series A Preferred Stock, there is more than an insubstantial risk that the Company will not be entitled to treat the full liquidation preference amount of $25,000 per share of the Series A Preferred Stock then outstanding as “tier 1 capital” (or its equivalent) for purposes of the capital adequacy guidelines of the Federal Reserve (or, as and if applicable, the capital adequacy guidelines or regulations of any successor Appropriate Federal Banking Agency) as then in effect and applicable, for so long as any share of the Series A Preferred Stock is outstanding.

  • Delinquency Trigger means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, 24.00%.
