Reserve Floor definition

Reserve Floor means, for any Calculation Period, the sum of (a) 16%, and (b) the product of (i) the Expected Dilution Ratio as of the most recent Calculation Date, times (ii) the Dilution Horizon Ratio as of the most recent Calculation Date.

Reserve Floor means, for any month, the sum (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 12% plus (b) the greater of (i) the product of the Expected Dilution Ratio and the Dilution Horizon Ratio and (ii) 3%, in each case, as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date.

Reserve Floor means, at any time: (a) the aggregate Capital at such time multiplied by (b) (i) the Reserve Floor Percentage, divided by (ii) 100%, minus the Reserve Floor Percentage.
