Research Program or definition

Research Program or. Program" shall mean collaborative research activities between Abbott and RiboGene, based on RiboGene Intellectual Property, as revised and/or extended by Program Inventions and/or Joint Program Inventions; that are directed to the discovery and development of novel broad spectrum antifungal compounds of clinical and commercial value in the Field. The Research Program does not include either activities within Abboxx'x xxxl wall inhibition antifungal program -11- 12 or any other non-translation inhibition-based antifungal program within Abbott or activities within RiboGene's research targeted specifically to Pneumocystis carinii infections or diseases.

Examples of Research Program or in a sentence

  • Any animals which are used in the course of the Research Program, or products derived from those animals, such as eggs or milk, will not be used for food purposes, nor will these animals be used for commercial breeding purposes.

  • Vertex and CFFT may extend the term of the Research Program, or the term of either the Primary Program or the Alternate Program, by mutual agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BMS hereby grants back to Ambrx a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license under the Ambrx Technology licensed pursuant to Section 7.1 solely to conduct the Research Program or activities under any Production Strain Work Plan, and not for any other purpose.

  • The North Carolina SBIR/STTR Phase I Matching Funds Program (the “NC SBIR/STTR Matching Funds Program”) is designed to award matching funds to North Carolina firms who have been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research Program or Small Business Technology Transfer Program (the “Federal SBIR/STTR Program”) Phase I award.

  • Each of Editas and Juno shall maintain records of the Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as shall properly reflect all work done and results achieved by such Party in the performance of the Research Program (the “Records”), including all data in the form required under any applicable governmental regulations.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Development Candidate means a Collaboration Compound designated by Biogen Idec as a Development Candidate in accordance with Section 2.6.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
