Resale of Securities. BAESA will file with the SEC a resale registration statement with respect to the New Subordinated Negotiable Obligation and shall use its best efforts to ensure that such resale registration statement shall become effective on the Closing Date.

Related to Resale of Securities

  • holder of Securities “registered holder”, or other similar term, means the Person or Persons in whose name or names a particular Security is registered on the Security Register kept for that purpose in accordance with the terms of this Indenture.
