Required Stockholder Approvals definition

Required Stockholder Approvals means the adoption of this Agreement and the approval of the transactions contemplated hereby, including the Merger, by: (i) the holders of a majority of the outstanding Company Capital Stock, voting together as a single class on an as-converted to Company Common Stock basis; and (ii) the holders of at least two-thirds (2/3) of the outstanding shares of Series B Preferred Stock, voting together as a single class.

Required Stockholder Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(d).

Required Stockholder Approvals means the Required Seller Stockholder Votes and the Required Xcyte Stockholder Vote.
