Required Increasing Borrowing Base Lenders definition

Required Increasing Borrowing Base Lenders means, at any time, Lenders having in the aggregate Revolving Exposures and unused Revolving Credit Commitments representing no less than 95% of the sum of the total Revolving Exposures and unused Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.
Required Increasing Borrowing Base Lenders means, at any time, Lenders (other than any Lender solely in its capacity as holder of, and solely to the extent of, such Lender’s Excluded Term A Exposure) having in the aggregate Revolving Exposures of all Lenders, unused Revolving Credit Commitments and Pari Passu Term A Loans (other than Excluded Term A Exposure) representing no less than 95% of the sum of the total Revolving Exposures, unused Revolving Credit Commitments and Pari Passu Term A Loans (other than Excluded Term A Exposures) at such time.

Examples of Required Increasing Borrowing Base Lenders in a sentence

  • Section 1 of this Amendment shall be effective upon receipt by the Administrative Agent of consents to the redetermination of the Borrowing Base, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, from the Required Increasing Borrowing Base Lenders (the date of such effectiveness, the “Redetermination Effective Date”).

  • New Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(d).

  • Required Revolving Facility Lenders means, at any time, Revolving Facility Lenders having (a) Revolving Facility Loans (other than Swingline Loans) outstanding, (b) Revolving L/C Exposures, (c) Swingline Exposures and (d) Available Unused Commitments that, taken together, represent more than 50% of the sum of (w) all Revolving Facility Loans (other than Swingline Loans) outstanding, (x) all Revolving L/C Exposures, (y) all Swingline Exposures and (z) the total Available Unused Commitments at such time; provided, that the Revolving Facility Loans, Revolving L/C Exposures, Swingline Exposures and Available Unused Commitment of any Defaulting Lender shall be disregarded in determining Required Revolving Facility Lenders at any time.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Revolving Loan.

  • Required Revolving Credit Lenders means, at any date, Non-Defaulting Lenders holding a majority of the Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment at such date (or, if the Total Revolving Credit Commitment has been terminated at such time, a majority of the Revolving Credit Exposure (excluding Revolving Credit Exposure of Defaulting Lenders) at such time).

  • Canadian Borrowing Base means, at any time, an amount in Dollars equal to:
