Required Equityholders definition

Required Equityholders means the Equityholders set forth on Schedule III.
Required Equityholders means Equityholders holding sufficient Equity Securities of the Company to approve this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, including the Merger, under Delaware Law and the Company’s Governing Documents.
Required Equityholders means, at any given time, the Holder or Holders of 66 2/3% of the Common Stock Equivalents represented by all Covered Securities.
