Report Card definition

Report Card means a report of grades, credit points and OGPA obtained by a student in a particular semester. The format of Report Card is furnished in Annexure-2.

Examples of Report Card in a sentence

  • The Account Management Report Card is attached as Attachment B to this Agreement and must be completed, signed and dated by the County and returned to Contractor on a quarterly basis.

  • When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, CONTRACTOR shall collect all applicable data and prepare the applicable portion of a School Accountability Report Card as appropriate in accordance with California Education Code Section 33126.

  • LITERACY Early Literacy Proficiency Rate (K-3 only): The IPCSC will use the proficiency rates as determined by the Idaho Accountability Framework measured from the Idaho Reading Indicator and reported via the Idaho Report Card.

Related to Report Card

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • DBS Card means a dried blood spot card aliquoted from the Cord Blood Sample for use in connection with Release.

  • Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
