Replacement Flight definition

Replacement Flight shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Article 10 hereof. Where the context permits, the use of the singular herein shall include the plural and vice versa, and the use of the masculine personal pronoun shall include both genders. Unless otherwise provided, the term “or” is not exclusive and “include”, “including” and “in particular” are not limiting.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.
