Wholesale Broadband Agreement definition

Wholesale Broadband Agreement or ‘WBA’ means the wholesale broadband agreement between NBN Co and its customers. The current version of NBN Co’s WBA at the time of this Notice is the 5th iteration (WBA5).
Wholesale Broadband Agreement. (WBA) means the agreement between nbn and retail service providers published on nbn's website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇, as amended from time to time.
