REO File definition

REO File means all Loan Documents, leases, books, records, files and papers, whether in hard copy or computer format, pertaining to the Real Estate Owned in the possession or control of Seller or its Affiliates or Representatives, including, without limitation, foreclosure documentation, engineering information, photographs, data, sales and purchase correspondence, appraisals, lists of present and former suppliers, accounts and account histories, invoices, insurance policies, environmental site assessments and any information relating to any Tax imposed on the Real Estate Owned.
REO File means the REO Property Documents, and any additional documents required to be added to the REO File pursuant to this Agreement.
REO File. With respect to any REO Property, a file folder containing the documents described in Section 3.1(c) hereof.

Examples of REO File in a sentence

  • In connection with each Assignment of the Assets, the related Seller shall, on behalf of the Purchaser, deliver to and deposit with, the applicable Custodian, as the agent of the Purchaser, the documents or instruments required to be included in the related Mortgage File or REO File, as applicable, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Property sold, transferred and assigned by it.

  • The REO Property Documents, and any additional documents required to be added to the REO File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • From and after the Closing Date, the contents of each Mortgage File or REO File not delivered to the Owner or held by the applicable Custodian shall be held in trust by the Servicer for the benefit of the Owner as the owner thereof.

  • Except as disclosed on Exhibit 8, upon discovery or receipt of notice of any materially defective document in, or that a document is missing from, a Mortgage File or REO File, the Sellers shall have 90 days to cure such defect or deliver such missing document to the applicable Custodian.

Related to REO File

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.

  • Custodial File Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
