Rental Duration definition

Rental Duration. A minimum “RENTAL PERIOD”, is . After the minimum, the rental rate is prorated on a per day / week / month basis, noting a 7 day week. Rental is based on a maximum of 12 hour a day running, This Lease shall begin on the above effective date and shall terminate on return delivery of equipment, unless otherwise terminated in a manner consistent with the terns of this Lease.
Rental Duration means the duration of customer rent the Rental Equipment.

Related to Rental Duration

  • Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.
