Remote Managed Service definition

Remote Managed Service means the BT One Cloud for Microsoft Lync Service(s) provided by BT to manage the Remote Managed Infrastructure as set out in Exhibit 2 of this Service Annex.

Related to Remote Managed Service

  • Managed Service means the managed service provided by the Managed Service Provider to the End User comprising the Software and the Services;

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • EMV PSP Service means the Card payment gateway services, which may be powered by one or more third-party suppliers, you access and use to route Card based payments you accept from a Service User to submit for authorization and settlement to the Merchant Acquiring Bank.
