Managed Service definition

Managed Service means the managed service provided by the Managed Service Provider to the End User comprising the Software and the Services;
Managed Service means a managed voice or/and data telecommunications service. Management services are provided as an overlay to the following services to provide a fully managed solution:
Managed Service means the support and maintenance services as described in the Service Definition Document;

Examples of Managed Service in a sentence

  • Monthly recurring charges, including but not limited to Monthly Managed Service Fees and any additional recurring subscriptions or license fees (“MRC”) are payable as indicated in the applicable SOW.

  • CQC and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are scheduled to enter a new Managed Service Contract for 3 years plus 3 Months (39 months).

  • If a cybersecurity/data breach, data loss or other damage occurs involving any hardware, software or equipment which We recommended to be upgraded or replaced, You accept full responsibility for remediating any such loss, breach or damage, and further accept and agree that all labor to repair any damage or otherwise handle any issues associated with such loss, breach or damage will not be covered under any Managed Service Plan and will be charged to You at Our Hourly Rates set forth in Appendix II.

  • If You are not on a Managed Service Plan, Offboarding Assistance is available at Our Hourly Rates set forth in Appendix II.

  • For clients not on a Managed Service Plan, we reserve the right to increase rates for any Services provided upon at least fourteen Assignment and Outside Contractors.


More Definitions of Managed Service

Managed Service means the provision of Broadband Services including the Client-premises based Network Terminating Equipment and the provision and remote management of the Customer Premises Equipment.
