Remittance Charges definition
Remittance Charges means any charges relevant to the Remittance, including but not limited to the Bank’s charges, the charges of the Bank(s) Concerned and all costs and expenses incurred by the Bank and/or the Bank(s) Concerned in respect of the applicable Remittance or, if applicable, any refunded or returned amounts of such Remittance, or any other matter relating thereto whether such charges, costs and expenses are incurred by the Bank and/or the Bank(s) Concerned before or after the completion of the Remittance.
Remittance Charges. The Representative to bear bank charges by its bankers towards remittance to / from The Principle. The Principle to bear bank charges by its bankers towards remittance to / from The Representative.
