Remaining Materials definition
Remaining Materials means Materials or works in process at the Facility which have not been used or are otherwise not required to perform Services by Patheon under this MSA or any Project Agreement.
Remaining Materials means any and all biological or chemical materials derived from the Client Materials in the course and as a result of performance of a Project by or on behalf of AnaptysBio. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Remaining Materials shall exclude the Delivered Antibodies.
Remaining Materials are defined in Section 9.1.
Examples of Remaining Materials in a sentence
Patheon may request in writing Client’s Instructions to either dispose of or transfer any Remaining Materials, and Section 7.3 will apply if Instructions are not received from Client on or before [***] after the request.
