Relocation Plans definition

Relocation Plans means the preliminary and final Utility Relocation design plans and construction documents. Relocation Plans shall comply with the Relocation Standards and with the terms of this URA.

Examples of Relocation Plans in a sentence

  • In the event of a utility conflict other than water and sewer, the Design-Build Team shall submit Highway Construction Plans to the utility company and request that the utility company submit Utility Relocation Plans that show existing utilities and proposed utility relocations for approval by the NCDOT.

  • The Design-Build Team shall also be responsible for submitting the appropriate agreements to be used with the Utility Relocation Plans (See Agreements found elsewhere in this scope of work).

  • If the Utility Relocation Plans are approved subject to changes, it shall be the Design-Build Team’s responsibility to coordinate these changes with the appropriate utility company.

  • After the review process is complete, the NCDOT Utility Coordination Unit will submit one (1) copy of the Utility Relocation Plans, executed agreements and any necessary comments back to the Design-Build Team.

  • Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, Tenant agrees (A) to provide to Landlord promptly any approvals or instructions and any other information reasonably requested by Landlord in connection with the preparation of the Relocation Plans, and (B) to perform promptly in the Substitute Premises any work to be performed therein by Tenant to prepare the same for Tenant’s occupancy.

  • The non-Designing Party’s approval of Relocation Plans shall be evidenced by an executed design of relocation acceptance letter (“DRAL”), the form of which is attached as Exhibit C.

Utility or Utilities means overhead and buried communication facilities, including necessary appurtenances, owned and/or operated by Centurylink that have been identified as potentially posing a conflict with the implementation of the Project and includes any such facility during and after Relocation. Utility or Utilities does not include private service facilities unless specifically agreed upon in writing by CDOT and Owner. Private service line relocation work will be included with and performed by CenturyLink at no cost to the project.

Related to Relocation Plans

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(b).

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
