Relevant STFs means the following stock transfer forms:

  • Each of the Relevant Shareholders hereby confirms and agrees that any and all consideration due to him in connection with the Shares transferred or purported to be transferred by him pursuant to the Relevant STFs has been paid to him in full and any claim which he or any person connected with him has in connection with the payment of such consideration is hereby waived in full.
