Relevant Forms definition

Relevant Forms means forms in a format acceptable to the Seller (such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) sent by the Purchaser to the Pensionable Employees for them to complete indicating whether or not they consent to their accrued benefits under the Seller's Schemes being transferred to the Purchaser's Scheme. The Purchaser will ensure that the Seller receives those forms within the period of three months after the Membership Transfer Date.

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

  • Loan Transmittal Summary Forms means the forms related to each ▇▇▇▇ of Sale provided to the Seller by the Purchaser and completed by the Seller which list, by Borrower, (i) the Loans subject to the related ▇▇▇▇ of Sale and (ii) the outstanding Principal Balance and accrued interest thereof as of the related Cutoff Date.

  • Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.

  • Resolutions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.

  • Certified check means a check accepted by the bank on which it is drawn. Acceptance may be made as stated in subsection (1) or by a writing on the check which indicates that the check is certified. The drawee of a check has no obligation to certify the check, and refusal to certify is not dishonor of the check.
