Relatives definition

Relatives means a person, as defined in Section 2(77) of the Companies Act, 2013 and any amendments thereto.
Relatives in relation to a person means a spouse, parent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, grandchild or grandparent of the person.
Relatives means any one of the following: father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, first cousin, nephew, niece, wife, husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepparent, stepbrother, stepchild, stepsister, half sister, half brother, grandparent or grandchild.

Relatives of a natural person means such Person’s spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces or great-grandparents or the spouse of such Person’s children, grandchildren, siblings, uncles, aunts, nephews or nieces (with each of such Relatives being referred to as a “Relative”).
