Related Merger definition

Related Merger means the merger of X. Xxxx Acquisition Co., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of Parent, and S. Xxxx Xxxx Enterprises, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, pursuant to the terms of the Related Merger Agreement.
Related Merger means the merger of Tres Acquisition Co., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of Parent, and Tres Investment Company, a West Virginia corporation, pursuant to the terms of the Related Merger Agreement.
