Examples of REKKI Services in a sentence

  • You must be registered to access or use the Buyer App and the REKKI Services and you will be required to provide information or material about your entity and business as part of the registration process, including your payment method and/or payment card details (unless you have been invited as a Buyer to join REKKI by an existing Supplier).

  • Buyers shall fully assume the risks of conducting any purchase and sale transactions in connection with or through the Buyer App and platform and also fully assume all risks of liability or harm of any kind arising out of or in connection with any subsequent activity relating to the Products from a Supplier and the REKKI Services that are the subject of the transactions using the Buyer App.

  • REKKI and the Pro-supplier have entered into REKKI Supplier Service Terms for the provision of REKKI Services and an associated Pro-supplier Order Form.

Related to REKKI Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
