Regulatory Development definition

Regulatory Development means any or all of the following: (i) any change in any law, regulation or interpretation thereof by any public authority (whether or not having the force of law); (ii) the application of any existing law, regulation or the interpretation thereof by any public authority (whether or not having the force of law); and (iii) compliance by Bank with any request or directive (whether or not having the force of law) of any public authority.
Regulatory Development means any or all of the following: (i) any change in the Laws, or any change in the interpretation thereof by any Governmental Agency or other authority (whether or not having the force of law); (ii) any change in the application of any existing Laws by any Governmental Agency or other authority (whether or not having the force of law); and (iii) compliance by any Bank with any request or directive (whether or not having the force of law) of any monetary or fiscal agency or authority.

  • Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.
