Regular Attendance Rate definition

Regular Attendance Rate has the meaning given in section 12(f) of the Act.

Related to Regular Attendance Rate

  • Regular Attendance means your personal visits to a Physician which are medically necessary according to generally accepted medical standards to effectively manage and treat your Disability or Partial Disability.

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Regular Dividend means USD 0.06 per Share per quarter. Upon any adjustment to the Dividend Threshold Amount (as defined in the Indenture) for the Convertible Notes pursuant to Section 10.04(d) of the Indenture, the Calculation Agent will make a corresponding adjustment to the Regular Dividend for the Transaction.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Regular rate of pay means the rate of pay the employee was receiving at the time maternity leave commenced, but does not include retroactive adjustment of rate of pay, acting pay, overtime, shift premium or any other form of supplementary compensation.

  • Regular ballot means a ballot that is not a provisional ballot.

  • Regular Interval means monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual periods.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Program Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Regular Record Date for the interest payable on any Interest Payment Date on the Securities of any series means the date specified for that purpose as contemplated by Section 301.

  • Compounded Daily XXXXX means, in relation to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Fiscal Agent or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:

  • Regular Care means Treatment that is administered as frequently as is medically required according to guidelines established by nationally recognized authorities, medical research, healthcare organizations, governmental agencies or rehabilitative organizations. Care must be rendered personally by your Physician according to generally accepted medical standards in your locality, be of a demonstrable medical value and be necessary to meet your basic health needs.
