Registration Rights Term definition

Registration Rights Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Registration Rights Term means the period from and after the expiration of the Lock-Up Term until the occurrence of any event set forth in Section 6.1.

More Definitions of Registration Rights Term

Registration Rights Term means the period starting from the expiration of the Lock-Up Term (and, if relevant to the Investor, the Extension Period) and ending on the tenth (10th) anniversary of such expiration.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.
