Refurbishment Cost definition

Refurbishment Cost means in the case where the Good requires repair and can be repaired, the cost of the repair.
Refurbishment Cost means the actual cost incurred by Buyer to refurbish the Used Trailer Inventory included in the Excluded Inventory identified on Schedule 1.25 to standard trade specifications.

Examples of Refurbishment Cost in a sentence

  • The Counterparty may provide comments on the information with respect to any Basis of Estimate Report, Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost or Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Duration of a Unit to be Refurbished, and the Generator shall give reasonable consideration thereto and provide responses to comments provided in a timely manner.

  • Such information may include, but will not be limited to, informational mailings, introductions, distribution of sales materials, organized efforts for communications with prospective clients, participation in trade shows and conferences, and additional forms of information as agreed by the Parties.

  • On the Refurbishment Lock-in Date of each of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇, ▇, ▇, ▇ and 8, as the case may be, the Generator will provide the Counterparty with a final Basis of Estimate Report and a notice setting out the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost for the applicable Unit, the Scheduled Refurbishment Outage Date, the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Duration of such Unit and an allocation of the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost to each calendar year of the Refurbishment of such Unit.

  • The preliminary Basis of Estimate Report also includes a detailed work plan to develop the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost and the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Duration by the scheduled Refurbishment Lock-in Date of the First Unit.

  • The Counterparty shall notify the Generator by the MCR Decision Date that: (i) it has verified such final Basis of Estimate Report and notice; or (ii) it is unable to verify the same due to an error by the Generator in the scope of the Refurbishment Work to be undertaken or in the calculation of the amount of the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost as provided in Section 2.5(c), or due to an outstanding dispute as provided in Section 2.6(i) or (j).

  • Such estimate will also include a detailed work plan to develop the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost and the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Duration by the scheduled Refurbishment Lock-in Date of such Unit.

  • On or prior to each anniversary of the date on which the preliminary Basis of Estimate Report is delivered in respect of each subsequent Unit to be Refurbished after the First Unit, until the Refurbishment Lock-in Date of such Unit, the Generator will deliver to the Counterparty an update of the preliminary Basis of Estimate Report and plan for developing the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Cost and the Fully-Scoped Refurbishment Duration for such Unit.

  • In the event the Refurbishment Cost is less than the Refurbishment Allowance, Buyer shall transfer to Seller additional used parts held in Buyer's inventory having a cost basis equal to the amount of such deficiency.

  • The Outstanding Refurbishment Cost itself shall be met by the Vendor as and when such costs fall due.

  • In the event that the Refurbishment Cost exceeds the Refurbishment Allowance, then Seller shall transfer to Buyer certain of the Parts and Used Unit Inventory having a cost basis equal to the amount of such excess.

Related to Refurbishment Cost

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Operative Agreements, the Equipment Cost for any Replacement Unit shall be deemed to be the Equipment Cost or deemed Equipment Cost of the Unit replaced by such Replacement Unit.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Full Replacement Cost as used herein shall mean the actual replacement cost of the Leased Property requiring replacement from time to time including an increased cost of construction endorsement, if available, and the cost of debris removal. In the event either party believes that full replacement cost (the then-replacement cost less such exclusions) has increased or decreased at any time during the Lease Term, it shall have the right to have such full replacement cost re-determined.
